
Self support roofs differ from rafter supported ones in that a self-support roof system does not require a wooden framework of rafters. The glazing bars do not need the wooden rafters to support them. They have a heavy-duty aluminium core that gives them the structural strength needed for the glass or polycarbonate roofing materials.

This self supporting roof is perfect for a wide range of applications including conservatory roofs and canopy roofs. The glazing bars accommodate a 16mm, 25mm, 32mm and 35mm multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets, and 16mm and 24mm Glass units.

This system has everything you need for a high-end finish for a polycarbonate or glass self-supporting roof. All parts of the self support roofing system are available in a wide range of colours including White, Brown, Anthracite Grey, Black, Rosewood and Light Oak.
