What are our delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are very straightforward. Standard delivery is a flat fee of £25 (including VAT) irrespective of the size of your order. For 5 sheets of polycarbonate or 50, the price is the same. For smaller items the delivery charge is £7.80 inc VAT. This includes end caps, tapes etc. To qualify for this small package rate your purchases must fit into a size 6 jiffy bag (300mm x 450mm) and weigh no more than 1 kg. Secondary Glazing delivery is £30 (including VAT.)

What areas do we deliver to?
We deliver to the vast majority of areas in mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We cannot deliver to island locations. 
Are there any areas that we can’t deliver to?
There are a small number of postcodes that we cannot currently cover and we will advise you if this is the case. We cannot deliver to Ireland or the Isle of Wight. We cannot deliver our GRP or Glass overdoor canopies to Aberdeen (AB) or Inverness (IV) postcodes. If in doubt regarding any delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to advise you.
If you are in an island location we can often deliver to a forward shipper.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
What are our lead times?

The vast majority of delivery areas have set days each week making the lead times around 3-4 days. Some areas like Scotland or the South coast are on weekly runs which can make the lead times longer. The lead time for Secondary Glazing is 2 weeks, GRP canopies is 3 - 4 weeks and for contemporary canopies is 5 -7 days.
We will advise you of the expected dates of delivery when your order is placed. If you are unsure or would like to know more
information on shipping to your postcode area please contact us on 01536 446395 before you place your order or take a look at our postcode map. Further information regarding our delivery can be found in our Terms and Conditions. Please note: Bank Holidays will affect this schedule, as will deliveries to remote locations. Please call for further information in these respects.
