The Glazing Shop supplies a wide range of solid polycarbonate sheets with a choice of thicknesses from 1.5mm to 12mm. We cut the solid polycarbonate to your exact measurements for your convenience. This saves you the trouble of cutting your polycarbonate sheets down on site meaning you only pay for exactly what you need and you don't need special tools or blades.
Our solid polycarbonate sheet thicknesses from 2mm to 12mm thicknesses are UV2 meaning it has UV protection applied to both sides when it is extruded. This high-quality solid polycarbonate is therefore perfect for indoor and outdoor applications. 1.5mm solid polycarbonate is UV1 with protection on one side. The solid polycarbonate sheets are designed to withstand the effects of ultraviolet radiation which prevents discolouring and loss of light transmission over time, prolonging its life. Our solid polycarbonate sheets come with a ten year manufacturer’s warranty.
Our solid polycarbonate sheets have high optical clarity and light transmission making them visually glass like. They have excellent impact resistance and are virtually unbreakable, being up to 200x stronger than similar grade glass. Easier and safer to handle, solid polycarbonate sheet is around half the weight of glass. Solid polycarbonate sheets also have excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties making them good for secondary glazing.

Please note that the maximum sheet size of solid polycarbonate is 3050mm x 2050mm. If ordering full sheets of 3050 x 2050mm or 2440mm x 1220mm the driver will need your assistance offloading as they are heavy and are difficult for one person to handle. We cannot deliver sheets this size without assistance.
