Powder coated cast aluminium end cap for use with the Sunwood screw down aluminium capped hip bar. Overall height of 89mm and width of 102mm with a 4mm thickness
Benefits
High quality cast aluminium is strong and durable. Powder coated to match the glazing bars for a maintenance free finish. Contains a built in glass stop.
Mill end cap available should you wish to powder coat it to another RAL colour.
Fitting
There is a pre-cast tab on the back of the end cap which fits neatly into the central channel on the bar top cap. This has a pre-drilled hole to accommodate a countersunk 3.9mm x 25mm stainless steel screw (not included). Screw through and then clip the concealment capping of the bar into place to cover.

Our two types of PVCu Capped rafter bars are strong, lightweight and easy to fit. One bar accommodates 10mm, 16mm and 25mm Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheeting and the other 25mm, 32mm and 35mm sheets. Highly flexible they are ideal for many applications.
